|Coriander seeds||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (sukha dhaiya)|
|Cumin seeds||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (jeera)|
|Cinnamon sticks||4 Small|
|Fennel seeds||1 Tablespoon|
1.Roast each and every spice on a low flame for a minute or two or till it leaves its fragrance and then allow it to cool and then grind to a fine powder
2. Store in a dry airtight jar and use as required.
