Tomatoes | 1/2 Kilogram (roughly diced) | |
Cashew nuts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked | |
Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Degi mirch powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Paneer | 1/2 Kilogram | |
Kasuri methi powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.Boil the tomatoes and the remove the skin and blitz with the cashew nuts.
2.Heat ghee and sauté the ginger and garlic paste and add the chilli powder.
3.Add the tomato puree and sauté till the oil oozes.
4.Add the cream, sugar and the mix well.
5.Add the panner and finish it off with the kasuri methi powder.
