Paneer Burji is no more just a sabzi.
Make it an interesting topping and your Garlic bread will be tastier
|Paneer||100 Gram , crumbled|
|Finely chopped onions||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped tomatoes||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||4 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||To Taste|
|Garam masala||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green chillies||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic bread slice||4|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli flakes||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Ketchup||2 Tablespoon (for serving)|
1.Take pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chilies and onion to it. Once onion gets pink in color add chopped tomato.
2.Add crumbled Paneer to the mixture. Cook it for 2 mins and the burji is ready. Keep it aside.
3.Now take a garlic bread loaf, cut slices and spread butter and garlic on it. Spread the prepared burji on it and grate cheese over it. Once grating is done, sprinkle some mixed herbs & chilli flakes on it.
4.Now take a pan, brush some butter on it and place the slices over it. Cover the pan with the lid till the bread gets crispy.
5.Serve it with Ketchup.
