Corn starch | 3 Tablespoon | |

Black pepper | To Taste | |
Oil | 1 Liter (For deep frying) | |

Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Star anise | 1 | |
Ginger pieces | 2 Inch , slice | |
Garlic | 5 Clove (25 gm) | |
Dried red chillies | 10 | |
Coriander leaves | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped spring onions | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (greens and bulbs) | |
Crushed black pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.In a bowl mix the lamb with corn starch, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
2.In a pot heat oil and deep fry the lamb in small batches.
3.In a wok heat sesame oil, keep a high flame and add garlic, ginger, star anise, spring onions and toss for 30 seconds.
4.Add the deep fried lamb, honey, black pepper, salt, red dried chillies, spring onions, coriander leaves and toss well.
