Both? Then this recipe of 'Papad Paneer Sticks' is just for you!
|Paneer||250 Gram , strips|
|Papad||2 , crumbled|
|Corn flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Maida||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chilli sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, tomato ketchup & water. Mix well & keep it aside.
2.Cut paneer into sticks and crumble papad.
3.Now take a plate, place paneer sticks, coat it with prepared coating mixture first and coat all sticks with crumbled papad.
4.Now take a pan, pour oil to deep fry the paneer sticks.
5.Fry them until turns light brown and crispy.
6.Serve it hot with spicy red chillI sauce.
