|Boneless chicken pieces||400 Gram|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||3/4 Teaspoon|
|Jeera powder||3/4 Tablespoon|
|Black salt||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Curd||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rice flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Oil||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion rings||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mint leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1.Take a bowl of boneless chicken pieces, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, salt, curd and mix well.
2.Then add besan, rice flour to the chicken. Also, add little oil to it and mix well.
3.Now take Skewer/Satay sticks and weave the chicken onto sticks.
4.Heat the oil in a pan, place chicken and keep until browned all over and cooked.
