For sunny side up:
Egg 1
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
For fluffy omelette:
Egg whites 2
Egg yolk 2
Grated cheese 1 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Teaspoon
For poached eggs:
Egg 1
Vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

FOR FLUFFY OMELETTE:

MAKING:

1.Take 2 egg whites and put it in one bowl. Also, take the yolks of those eggs and keep in another bowl.

2.Take a whisker and whisk both separately.

3.Once whisk is done add the whisked yolks in the white eggs and mix both well.

4.Take a pan and add in the ready mixture on the pan. Fill it with cheese and let it cook.

SERVING:

5.Fluffy omelettes are ready to be served.

FOR SUNNY SIDE UP:

MAKING:

1.Take one egg and break it into a pan.

2.Add in Salt and pepper for taste and let it cook.

1.Take a pan with water. Let it come to a good boil.

2.Add Vinegar and salt to this water.

3.Now take an egg that is removed in a bowl and add it softly inside the water.
