Side Dish Recipe - Easy Corn With Herb Butter

This delicious and easy corn side dish recipe will be your new favorite! What I love about it is that you can make this for a crowd no problem. It's the perfect Summer side dish recipe.


Ears corn in husks 2
Butter 2 Tablespoon (room temperature)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , mince
Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
Fresh basil leaves 4 , chop
Chopped fresh chives 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1.Cook your corn in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until cooked.

2.In the mean time make the butter!

3.In a small bowl add the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped basil, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.

4.Mix until combined completely combined.


5.Once the corn is ready and it's time to eat, slather the corn with the butter, and serve!
