Ears corn in husks | 2 | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon (room temperature) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , mince | |
Lemon zest | 1 Teaspoon | |
Fresh basil leaves | 4 , chop | |
Chopped fresh chives | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.Cook your corn in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until cooked.
2.In the mean time make the butter!
3.In a small bowl add the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped basil, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
4.Mix until combined completely combined.
