|Ears corn in husks||2|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (room temperature)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) , mince|
|Lemon zest||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh basil leaves||4 , chop|
|Chopped fresh chives||2 Teaspoon|
1.Cook your corn in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until cooked.
2.In the mean time make the butter!
3.In a small bowl add the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped basil, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
4.Mix until combined completely combined.
5.Once the corn is ready and it's time to eat, slather the corn with the butter, and serve!
