Ingredients

Lemon cake mix 1 Box
Instant vanilla pudding 1 Box (4 serving size)
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 4 , beaten
Mountain dew drink 10 Ounce
All purpose flour 2 1/2 Tablespoon
For frosting:
Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (1 can)
Butter 2 Ounce
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING:

2.Cake Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, if using 9-inch rounds. Refer to the box of cake mix for other cooking times. Cool the cake completely.

3.Frosting: Place 2 ounces of butter in a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add 20 ounces of crushed pineapple, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until hot and bubbly. Then add the coconut. Allow the frosting to cool, then spread over cooled cake.
