How To Make Pig Out Cake

You can enjoy this well known Pig Out Cake. It's the perfect summertime cake. It's light, refreshing, filled with mandarin oranges, pineapple, and more.


For cake:
Yellow cake mix box 1
Eggs 4
Butter 4 Ounce
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned mandarin orange 11 Ounce , drained (1 small can)
Flour 5 Tablespoon
For frosting:
Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (1 large can, do not drain)
Instant pudding 24 Ounce (1 package about 4 serving size)
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cool whip 16 Ounce
Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.


2.Mix together the yellow cake mix, eggs, butter, flour, and cooking oil and drained can of mandarin oranges together.

3.Pour cake batter in a 9x13 inch baking pan.

4.Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes to 25 minutes, the cake may not appear done but should be brown on top.

5.Cool and cover with icing.


6.Serve and enjoy!
