  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix ingredients in skillet.
Simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
