Zucchini With Vermouth
|Zucchini||1 1⁄4 Pound (6 small size)|
|Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Dry vermouth||6 Tablespoon|
Chop onion coarsely.
Saute onion in 3 tablespoons of vermouth for 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and thyme and cook 5 minutes.
Add remaining vermouth; cover and cook about 15 minutes longer, until zucchini is tender.
Season with pepper.
