Place zucchini, apple, and lemon juice in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Place zucchini mixture in a blender or food processor and puree.
Place zucchini puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Microwave for 10 more minutes or until the mixture has thickened.
