The zucchini and corn preparation is am easy and savory prepration cooked in butter sauce. Microwaved with corn green peppers and salt in butter sauce, the zucchini is served hot and goes well with rice or soft steamed bread.
3 Medium, sliced
1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips
Frozen corn in butter sauce
Cover and microwave zucchini, green pepper and water in 2 quart casserole or bowl until zucchini is tender, 9 to 10 minutes; drain.
Cut small slit in com pouch.
Microwave com until hot, 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir corn and salt into zucchini.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
