Herbed Zucchini is a delicious and easy to prepare dish. My family loves the Herbed Zucchini and so I serve it quiet often. Use this Herbed Zucchini recipe to cook this dish easily.
Cut 2 pounds unpared zucchini into 1 inch slices.
Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
Cover tightly; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and cook until tender, 5 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle with oregano.
