3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), washed and chilled (1 small size)
Olive oil/Salad oil
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Medium, thinly sliced
1 Cup (16 tbs)
3 , sliced
Crumbled blue cheese
Tarragon vinegar/Wine vinegar
1 Small, crushed
Freshly ground pepper
1 Dash (generous)
Into large salad bowl, tear greens into bite-size pieces (about 10 cups).
Toss with oil until leaves glisten.
Add zucchini, radishes, onions and cheese.
Combine vinegar, salt, garlic, monosodium glutamate and pepper; pour over salad mixture and toss.
