4 Medium, cut into strips (each into 4 slices, one fourth inch thick.)
1.Cut the zucchini lengthwise into three slices, without cutting all the way through.
2.Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F.
3.Stuff one fourth of thick slice of mozzarella in each of the zucchini pockets.
4.Take a thin slice of prosciutto and stuff that in each segment.
5.Repeat the process until all zucchinis are stuffed.
6.Sprinkle each with garlic salt.
7. Place each stuffed zucchini on a square piece of aluminum foil (8-inchs). Make a little tent of the aluminium foil sealing the parcel well.
8.Bake at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
9.Remove the zucchini from the packets.
10.Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Slice the meat very thin so that you get the flavor without the calories.
