Baked Zucchini With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 2 1⁄2
  Zucchini 2 Pound, sliced
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Brown onion and garlic in salad oil; add tomatoes.
Place half the zucchini in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
Add half the tomato mixture; add half the bread crumbs.
Repeat layers.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
