Simple Zucchini and Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Wheat free tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Whole grain bread slice 1⁄2
  Zucchinis 3
  Tomatoes 2
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Wheat Free)
  Whole grain bread slices 1⁄2
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice the zucchini's into 1/4 inch rounds.
2) Dice the tomatoes.

MAKING
3) Place the zucchini, tomatoes and tamari in a pot and then crumble in the bread.
4) Mix
5) Cover.
6) Cook over the lowest setting on your stove until the zucchini is translucent - 10-15 minutes.
7) Stir occasionally.

SERVING
8) Serve hot
