Courgettes A La Provencale

Ingredients
  Courgettes 12 Ounce (350 Grams, Zucchini)
  Onions 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can / 227 Grams)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Fresh / Dried)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut courgettes into fingers.
2. Crush garlic.
3. Chop onions.
4. Dice tomatoes.

MAKING
5. Into a saucepan, drain tomato juice from can and add garlic and onion; simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add diced tomatoes, oregano and courgettes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste; stir well, cover pan and simmer for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve Courgettes A La Provencale in a round plate while its still hot.
