Shredded Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 (Fully Ripe Peeled)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Zucchini 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded ((About 4 Zucchini), Unpeeled)
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the avocado and slice into crescents.

MAKING

2) Put each slice into lemon juice.
3) Take a bowl and mix zucchini, mustard mayonnaise along with tomatoes.
4) Toss them well.

SERVING

5) Put avocado on top of the salad and serve.
