Zucchini Tomato Grill

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Zucchini 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut 4 rectangles of 18x12 inch foil.

MAKING
2) Place onion, zucchini and tomatoes in layer.
3) Mark the vegetables with margarine or butter.
4) Dredge Parmesan cheese over the top.
5) Sprinkle pepper over the top.
6) Fold the foil to seal the packets.
7) Place the packets over barbeque and grill for 20 to 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
8) Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
