Meat Stuffed Zucchini

This is a dish that is made in the Levant.The name of this dish, Makhshi, or Shaikh El Makhshi is derived from the word "Mahshi" or "Ma7shi"، which is the act of stuffing zucchinis or eggplants.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Diced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Allspice To Taste
  Fried almonds/Fried pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Zucchinis 1 Pound
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
  Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Dry mint 1 Tablespoon
  Water/Meat broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook the ground meat with the diced onions. Add the salt and spices.
Add the fried almonds or pine nuts after the meat is fully cooked
Hollow the Zucchinis
Stuff the Zucchinis with the cooked ground meat
Fry the Zucchinis with hot oil until they turn brownish in color
In a pot, add diced onions to little oil and cook until translucent in color
Add the minced garlic
Add salt, black pepper and the dry mint
Place the fried zucchinis in the pot
Add the water or the meat broth to the zucchinis
boil the contents of the pot on high heat then lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
Serve with white rice on the side as a main dish
