Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Medium
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Lengthwise slice zucchini in half.

MAKING
3. On a baking dish, place sliced zucchini and cover with tomato sauce and seasonings.
4. Place the dish in oven and bake for about 45 minutes until tender.

SERVING
5. Serve Savoury Baked Zucchini with marinara sauce.
