|Season all||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Thoroughly wash zucchini but do not peel.
2 Slice the zucchini in rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
3 In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except olive oil.
4 Sprinkle over zucchini and toss until seasoning coats the zucchini evenly.
5 In a skillet,heat the oil; add zucchini and saute until browned on both sides, for about 10 minutes.
6 Drain on absorbent paper.
7 Goes well with any meat.
