Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients
  Water 1 Quart
  Rock salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchinis 3 , julienned
  Eggs 2
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soak Julienne strips of zucchini in salt water in refrigerator for 20 minutes to half an hour.
Wipe strips dry and dip in breadcrumbs, water/egg mixture and back into breadcrumbs again.
Deep fry until golden brown.
