Oven Fried Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients
  Italian breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 2 Medium
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Spaghetti sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat spaghetti sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Commercial)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese. Keep aside.
3.Cut the zucchini lengthwise to get 4 pieces and further cut these in half crosswise.
4.In a zip top bag, place the zucchini.
5.Add in water and oil and shake well.
6.Coat the zucchini with breadcrumbs.
7. On a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, place zucchini.
8. Bake for 10 minutes until tender and brown.

SERVING
9. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce.
