Zucchini Sweet Sour Medley

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchini 4 Cup (64 tbs), bias-sliced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), bias-sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
Directions

MAKING
1) In medium skillet, add first 8 ingredients. Stir the mixture together.
2) Stir in water and vinegar.
3) Cook stir in between until thick and bubbly.
4) Add zucchini and celery. Mix well.
5) Cook covered stirring occasionally for 7 to 8 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
6) Mix tomatoes.
7) Cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve warm.
