Crispy Fried Zucchini
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Wash the zucchini and thinly slice them without peeling.
2. In a large sauté pan, melt the butter and heat with olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add zucchini and sauté until just tender-crisp.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss.
5. Dish out and serve immediately while hot.
