Zucchini Saute

Ingredients
  Zucchini squash 1 Pound
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash and slice zucchini ½ inch thick with skin.

MAKING
2. In a skillet, heat oil.
3. Add the onion and pepper and sauté until soft.
4. Add zucchini and stir fry until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
5. Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar to give a lightly grazed effect.

SERVING
6. Dish out and serve immediately.
