Zucchini Hot Appetizers

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Not Olive Oil)
  Zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bisquick 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a bowl, add all ingredients to combine.

MAKING
3) In a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, place the mixture.
4) Sprinkle with cheese on top.
5) Place inside oven and bake for 35 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot or at room temperature by cutting in squares.
