|Chopped green bell pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped zucchini||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), or sliced|
|Chopped white onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, crushed|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cubed bread||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, chopped|
|Shredded medium cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute mushrooms in oil in skillet until tender.
Remove to platter.
Saute green pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic in same skillet until zucchini is tender; drain.
Stir in mushrooms.
Beat eggs and cream in mixer bowl until blended.
Stir in vegetable mixture.
Add bread, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
Pour into greased 16-inch round baking dish or 2 greased 8-inch round baking dishes.
Bake for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
