Zucchini Bake

Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Cooking oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Grated zucchini 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Tea biscuit mix 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy.
Mix in cooking oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
Pour into shallow greased 9 inch (22 cm) casserole.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 35 minutes.
