Zucchini Corn and Tomato Saute

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , seeded and cut into strips
  Zucchini 3 Medium, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, peeled and cubed
  Freshly cut corn 2 Cup (32 tbs) (From 4 Ears)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Using a large, heavy-bottom saucepan or skillet, saute onion, green pepper and then zucchini in butter for a few minutes, stirring to coat vegetables with butter.
Add water, cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and corn and cook another 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Season to taste and serve.
