Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2 , diced
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Zucchini 3 Medium, sliced diagonally
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook bacon until crisp in heavy saucepan or skillet.
Drain on paper towels.
To 2 tablespoons drippings, add onion and zucchini.
Stir-fry until vegetables are shiny.
Pour in chicken broth, cover pan, and steam vegetables 3 to 5 minutes.
Blend remaining ingredients and stir into broth.
Stir and heat to boiling.
Turn into serving dish and top with bacon bits.
