|Whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Zucchini||4 Medium, quartered and cut into 2-inch lengths|
|Seasoned breadcrumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Seasoned Well)|
Preheat oil to 350°F.
Mix next 4 ingredients in blender.
Transfer to bowl.
Dip zucchini into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Add to oil in batches and fry until browned and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
