Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Eggs 4
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 4 Medium, quartered and cut into 2-inch lengths
  Seasoned breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Seasoned Well)
Directions

Preheat oil to 350°F.
Mix next 4 ingredients in blender.
Transfer to bowl.
Dip zucchini into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Add to oil in batches and fry until browned and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
