Herbed Zucchini Spears

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, seasoned
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Zucchini 3 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch julienne strips
Directions

In bowl stir together flour, seasoned salt, onion salt, Italian seasoning, and seasoned pepper.
Combine egg, milk, and 1 tablespoon oil; gradually add to flour mixture, beating till smooth.
In wok heat 1 1/2 inches cooking oil to 360°.
Dip zucchini pieces into flour mixture; fry several at a time in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes or till golden.
Drain on paper toweling; serve at once.
