Remove ends of zucchini but do not pare.
Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
Cover and heat to boiling; cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut each zucchini lengthwise into 3 or 4 slices to within 1 1/2 inches of one end.
Place in shallow pan.
Carefully spread slices to resemble fan; brush with butter.
Cover and refrigerate.
Sprinkle zucchini slices with salt and paprika.
Set oven control at broil and/or 550Â°.
Broil 4 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
