Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 Medium
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Cook whole zucchini in boiling salted water till barely tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
Cut in half lengthwise; scoop squash from shells and mash.
Cook sausage and onion; drain off excess fat.
Stir in mashed zucchini.
Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese; mix in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into zucchini shells; place in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
