Fried Zucchini

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Pound
  Seasoning To Taste
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for shallow frying or use 2 cups for deep frying)
Directions

Wash, dry and cut the zucchini into 1/4-1/2 -inch slices.
Coat in well-seasoned flour, and fry until crisp and golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
