Zucchini stuffed with meat.I hardly cook Zucchini any other way because the meat gives it an excellent taste & your children won't frown eating green vegetable.
Ingredients
  Zucchini 5 Small
  Bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced mutton 2 Cup (32 tbs) (semi cooked)
Directions

You need to boil Zucchini in water & salt.Boil Zucchini over medium heat & allow it to become soft.Once zucchini becomes soft,drain it out & pour cold water over to stop the cooking process.
Once it cools down.slit it in between,take out zucchini pulp & clean the inside.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter, stir in 1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs or bread crumbs, mixing until all are coated.
Spread minced mutton over the zucchini slice,& add a layer of butter & bread crumb over it.
Bake in preheat oven on 350'F for 30 mintues or till the meat & zucchini are cooked.

Story
Zucchini reminds me of Torai(Indian vegetable)which I completely don't like.I have tried to make Zucchini a little differently from how it is traditionally made & it tastes good;I am sure you will agree.
