|Celery seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seed||1 Teaspoon|
Combine zucchini, onion, green and red peppers; sprinkle with salt; and cover with cold water.
Let stand 2 hours.
Drain vegetables; press out liquid.
Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Add vegetables; simmer 10 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
