Sauteed Zucchini

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 2 Medium, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
  Scallion 1 , thinly sliced
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet, add the zucchini, scallion, and water, and saute over medium heat for two minutes.
