|Canned low sodium tomato sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey sausage||2 Ounce, crumbled|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Spray a large cookie sheet with no-stick spray.
Cut the zucchini crosswise into 16 slices, each 1/2" thick.
Place the slices on the cookie sheets.
Spread each slice with 1 teaspoon of the sauce.
Top with the turkey sausage.
Then sprinkle each with equal amounts of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, basil and pepper.
Broil 3" to 4" from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
