Zucchini Parmesan Appetizers

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs), unpared (About 4 Small Sized)
  Bisquick baking mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram/Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , slightly beaten
Directions

Heat oven to 350T.
Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Cut into about 2- x 1-inch pieces.
