Ingredients
  Zucchini 5 , grated to 4 cups
  Onion 1 , diced
  Grated old cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Tea biscuits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oregano To Taste
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in the order given.
2. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate.
3. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
4. This freezes well.
