Ingredients
  Sliced zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into strips
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded parmesan cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)
Directions

Cook and stir zucchini, mushrooms and pepper in oil over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
