|Sliced zucchini||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Red bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into strips|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)|
Cook and stir zucchini, mushrooms and pepper in oil over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
