Broiled Zucchini

Ingredients
  Zucchini 6 Large
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Salad oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice the unpeeled zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper; dredge very lightly with flour and sprinkle generously with salad oil.
Rub a baking sheet with the cut clove of garlic and then oil it lightly with the salad oil.
Place the slices of zucchini side by side on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 450° oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until as tender as you like.
If you want the zucchini browner.
