Baked Zucchini And Parmesan

Baked Zucchini is a mouth watering side dish recipe. An easy to prepare Baked Zucchini wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Pound
  Parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Scrape zucchini and slice in half lengthwise.
Arrange zucchini in a baking pan, cut side up.
Combine tomato paste, water, and olive oil and pour over the zucchini.
Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano and cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a 375 de gree oven for 30 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
