Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
  Zucchini 3 Large, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped oregano/2 teaspoons dried, crumbled 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chopped rosemary/Pinch of dried, crumbled 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare barbecue (medium high heat) or preheat broiler.
Brush zucchini with olive oil.
Sprinkle both sides of zucchini with oregano, garlic and rosemary Season zucchini slices generously with salt and pepper.
Grill or broil until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes per side.
